Our homes are our castles. They mean more to us than just a roof over our heads. They are where we and our families live, eat, work, make memories, and feel safe. The home is also our largest single investment. Sometimes we just need a little help with taking care of them. That is where I come in.
My name is Jake Yoshida, I am a Multi-Trade Professional, Artist, and Furniture Maker with 18 years in the home and multi-family management and maintenance industry. There isn’t much I haven’t done in those 18 years from remodeling kitchens and bathrooms to fixing leaky sinks, changing out toilets and faucets, and installing ceiling fans. I have solved a lot of problems for others and now I would appreciate it if you would give me the opportunity to help you solve some of the problems around your house or rental property. Estimates are generally not free for small jobs but if you have something for me to do while i’m there, I will be glad to give you a ballpark estimate on other work you may be interested in having me perform.
